Office Policies

Payment in full is required at the time of service

    • First evaluation and treatment – $150
    • Follow-up treatment – $80

Cash, Credit Card, FSA cards or personal checks are accepted

Paso Acupuncture does not bill insurance at this time. If your insurance plan covers acupuncture (which some do), we will provide you with an itemized and properly coded receipt (called a “superbill”) at the end of each office visit or after a series of treatments. You can submit the superbill to your provider and they will reimburse you directly. However, it is your responsibility to know the extent of your insurance coverage as it relates to acupuncture.

Because of the busy nature of our clinic, Paso Acupuncture & Wellness Center adheres to a strict cancellation policy. Appointments must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Without this appropriate notice, a $80 fee will be incurred. If less than 24 hour notice is given, but we are able to reschedule your appointment within the same week as your original appointment, you will not incur the cancellation fee.
